To start with I would like to confess how I was skeptical going into a purchase of land. As you may or may not know Carrie and I are not of great wealth and how and where we spend our hard earned dollars is not done frivolously. The start of New York Land & Lakes, Inc.'s relationship with us was on a firm footing no pun intended. I did a background check and found not only did you not have a blemish on your company but no one even complained. That was more than I could ask for from the start. It gets better from there. My experience with most companies is that even though I am the buyer I feel I have to be on top of what I ask for and they seem to make me feel like my purchase is a favor they are doing for me. This is not the case with NYL&L. I bet you are so used to taking care of your customers you don't really know how much pressure you take off of them. There was the other numerous pieces of data that you provided us so we could rest assure our purchase was a solid investment. Everything you said you were going to do you did without hesitation and without any extra effort on our part. NYL&L's is truly one of last of it's breed in taking care of the customer first.
